What this site publishes
Offering Registry republishes information that issuers have filed publicly with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on EDGAR, such as company names, addresses, officers, directors, principal holders, offering terms and financial statements, together with information issuers publish on their funding portal pages. We do not publish personal contact details such as personal phone numbers or personal email addresses.
What we collect from visitors
The site has no accounts, forms, advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and produce aggregate traffic statistics. If you email us, we use your message and address only to respond and to process your request. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Corrections and removal requests
If you are named in a profile and believe information is inaccurate, or want to ask about information that did not come from a public filing, email [email protected]. Information taken from an SEC filing remains part of the public record on EDGAR, so we generally correct it when the filing is amended.
